Once approved, a confirmation number will be provided for the reimbursement for transportation. In fairness to all the cost is pre-agreed to and is firm. The museum is not responsible if tour time is extended by circumstances outside its control or delays caused by highway construction or other issues.

For charter buses, a copy of the bus company invoice or quote [estimate] should be provided to the museum at the time of the tour.
